PRAYER FOCUS, August 2, 2026
This week and next, students, faculty, and staff will be returning to school. In the days that we live, more than ever, we need to be praying for our schools.
Pray for a smooth transition from summer back to school for students and staff.
Pray for a positive learning environment, and for proper discipline to create order and direction.
We must acknowledge that the evil one has plans to bring death and destruction, Pray for God’s protection for all of our campuses, and activities. Pray for safety for those who travel to and from, and those who participate in extracurricular activities.
Pray for strength and endurance for the faculty. Many face issues in today’s culture that would have never been a reality in past years.
Pray for Christian teachers, staff, and students, to be bold in their faith, to share a witness whenever possible. They are in the midst of spiritual warfare, so pray for God’s power to be evident, and for His grace to abound.
